Whether it’s furniture, essentials, lamps, cutlery or any other decorations: some people know exactly what they need, some move all of their furnishings with them, and then others simply don’t have the time to deal with it. In the latter, we can support you with a wide range of options.
Interior designer
We have excellent relationships with several good interior designers here on the Costa Blanca and also in the Netherlands. We enjoy working with Jessica Bataille Studio and Storm Concepts Interieur.
You can discuss your wish list and ideas with us and on your next visit you will receive a tailor-made estimate for the various options and if desired, even 3D drawings. Or you may choose from the turnkey interior package, simple and hassle-free.
Turnkey
We also offer various standard rental packages, intended for houses that will be rented out after purchase. We can fully equip houses of 150 m2 with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms starting from 25.000 euro. This complete package consists amongst others of a TV, a washing machine and a dryer, all beds, interior and exterior lighting, cutlery, glasses and linnens.
We can arrange for your house to be completely ready so guests can immediately enjoy the house without having to arrange all the fittings, interior design, drilling and any other activities that come along including various trips to the local construction market. We’ll take care of everything down to the smallest detail.

We know various furniture and interior design shops on the Costa Blanca and are convinced that we can always find a solution when it comes to finding the right interior for you. Together with our specialists and our own experience we will turn your place under the sun into a dream location.
Key service
In the event you decide to leave your keys with us, we can also take care of your house whilst suppliers deliver the furniture and/or arrive to install or measure, which saves you time from constantantly having to travel back and forth.
